Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The payment term for the software is within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the software.
The term of payment for services for implementation is within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificates of acceptance of work on implementation.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the software is up to 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
The term of the equipment introduction is determined at the conclusion of the work contract

We ask you to attach
a commercial offer indicating the validity period of the Commercial Proposal, the delivery dates of the software and the terms of implementation, the terms of payment for the software and the terms of payment for implementation services, and the warranty period (according to the Requirements Specification).
