Обоснование: ООО "Директ Ойл", ООО ТД "ЭНЕРОН", ООО "Ковент", ООО "УБГ" являются официальными представителями (дистрибъютерами) предлагаемыз смазочных материалов, предоставили наилучшие предложения, отвечающие всем заявленным требованиям. ООО КСМО "Компонент" предоставил предложения на смазочные материалы Лукойл, что обсалютно противоречит заявленным позициям. Так же на основании дополнительно проведенных маркетинговых исследований данные предложения являются наилучшими. Позиция 11 отклонена в связи с завышенной ценой. Получены дополнительные предложения от: ООО "Юнит" на масла FUCHS на общую сумму 2 888 500 с НДС, предоплата 50%. ООО ""Стандарт ОЙЛ" на масла SHELL на общую сумму 98 645,00 с НДС. ООО "Промышленные масла" на смазку TEXACO на сумму 8 000,00 с НДС.
