Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% payment upon delivery within 14 working days from the date of receipt of invoices, invoices and other shipping documents, in rubles of the Russian Federation.

Transport costs are included in the price of products on the basis of delivery of DDP - to the Buyer's warehouse (Belgorod region). Stary Oskol, OEMK JSC).

Delivery of products is carried out entirely or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents within the deadlines established by the legislation.

Products must be new, appropriately packed and protected from damage

Compulsory Loadable Electronic Documents:
1. Scanned copy of the offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permissive documentation;
All documentation must be certified by the authorized representative and sealed by the enterprise.

Participants who have passed the accreditation of LLC MC "METALLOINVEST", ACCURATE NOMECLATURE, WITHOUT THE USE OF ANALOGUES ARE accepted for consideration.
When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to attach a technical and commercial offer on letterhead (TKP with terms and conditions of delivery, with payment terms)
In the commercial offer please indicate the following information:
- full cost, taking into account all overhead costs;
- method and timing of delivery;
- detailed payment terms (prepayment/deferment; subject to availability of VAT);
- term of validity of the commercial offer;
- warranty period;
- availability of certificates/licenses;
- other requirements;

The winners of the competition procedure shall be determined, subject to the agreement of signing a model contract without disagreement. Winners will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art 447-449 part 1GK
RF, Art. 1057-1061 ch.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer the appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to the organizer
refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
