Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not the Competition (form of bidding) provided by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason and not to enter into a contract or terminate the procedure of requesting commercial offers at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Proposed products must be new, certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- Basis of delivery - consignee's warehouse.
