Dear participants.

1. In the case of an offer of currency-dependent goods, it is possible to make an offer in an alternative currency.

2. The file "Application for mandatory filling by the participant" is required to be filled in. The file provides a block of instructions and information for the supplier and a list of purchased items.

3. The contract and the specification for the supply are concluded in the form of Udokan Copper LLC, the forms are included in the procurement documentation.

4. Without b2b accreditation for Udokan Copper LLC, the contract and specification for the supply are NOT CONCLUDED. (accreditation for Metallinvest is accepted)

5. Sending goods and materials to the address of Udokan Copper LLC in strict accordance with the instructions.

6. See the list of attached documents in the archive - "Procurement documents"

7. TKP without delivery are not accepted for consideration. (strictly - DDP delivery to the basis specified in the file "Application for mandatory filling by the participant"
