Comments:
Purchase of batteries and power supplies for LGOK, MGOK OEMK plants. The winner on the position will be determined by the supplier of a certain EHC for all three plants. Please consider this moment when calculating the price taking into account transportation costs.
Attention ! The purchase will be made according to the actual requests of the Customer.
Mandatory conditions:
1. DDP delivery. Delivery basis:
2. Deferred payment 60 -120 days from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse.
3. Conclusion of a contract as edited by Metalloinvest
4. Availability of electronic document management at the supplier (Kontur.Diadok)
5. Indicate (in a note) warranty obligations, availability of certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products.

Price for 1 unit of goods excluding VAT.
A contract will be signed with the supplier that offered the best price until the end of the first half of 2021.
Within the framework of the concluded agreement at the price per unit of production, the supplier undertakes to supply the required volume of inventory to any of the plants of the Metalloinvest Group of Companies. The volumes, terms and delivery bases will be negotiated when concluding an application for delivery upon demand.
