Payment terms:Payment of the Equipment under this Agreement shall be made within 10 (10) working days from the date of the Supplier and Buyer signing the relevant documents confirming the delivery Equipment under this Agreement (Trade invoice 12, invoice and/or other unified transfer documents) without comment, on account basis. The cost of the equipment paid is set in the Appendix to this Agreement.
Delivery terms:Delivery time and cost of equipment is indicated by the supplier. The other terms are specified in the draft contract

Comments:
The procedure will take place in several stages:
1. Submitting Primary Offers
2. Rehaggling
Submission of analogues of purchased items is permitted in case there is no requested item on the market, and only after written approval with the customer for ETP, no later than 2 business days prior bid collection ends.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования:1. Предоставить сканированные копии документов, подписанные ЭЦП, согласно приложенному списку "Список запрашиваемых документов" в разделе "Закупочная документация".
2.Предоставить коммерческое предложение, подписанное ЭЦП, со сроком фиксации цен в рублях до 15.09.2021 (заключения договора с победителем) и до полного выполнения обязательств по договору. В коммерческом предложении требуется указать согласие поставщика с проектом договора поставки, см. раздел: "Закупочная документация".

Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств.
