Payment terms:4.2. Payment for the Equipment under this Agreement is carried out within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing by the Supplier and the Buyer of the relevant documents confirming the fact of delivery of the Equipment under this Agreement (TORG-12 consignment note, invoice and / or other unified transfer documents) without comments , based on the invoice. The cost of the paid Equipment is set in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement.

Требования:1.Согласие с проектом договора Покупателя
2.Предоставить сканированные копии документов согласно приложенному списку.
3.Коммерческое предложение на бланке организации с подписью и печатью
4.Срок фиксации цен в рублях в предложении - на этап заключения договора с победителем до 12.02.2021
5.Гарантийный срок на товар не менее 3 лет с даты поставки
