Requirements for participants:
The procurement participant must comply with the legal requirements for the persons supplying the goods. A potential procurement participant should not be liquidated. In respect of the procurement participant, there must be no decision of the arbitration court to declare insolvent (bankrupt) and to open bankruptcy proceedings. The procurement participant's activity on the date of filing the application was not administratively suspended. The concept of administrative suspension of activities is established by Art. 3.12 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. No arrears in taxes, fees, arrears of other obligatory payments.

Product requirements
1. Raw materials, materials for repair, fuels and lubricants, tools (hereinafter - the Goods) must comply with the design documentation, DIN, GOST, TU of the manufacturer and the requirements specified in the List of Nomenclature
2. Delivery of used Goods, including reconditioned ones, is not allowed.
3. The product must be safe when used for its intended purpose.
4. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Goods in containers and / or packaging that comply with GOST, TU, ensuring the safety of the goods from damage during loading / unloading, transportation and long-term storage in the warehouse.
5. Packaging is included in the price of the Goods
