Company T2 mobile, Tele2 shall notify brand launch tender for choice of cable provider SIPS 4 x 35 for the regions MR Center (mostly-Yaroslavl and Ivanovo, as well as Tula, Kaluga, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Kostroma, Vladimir).
The tender will take place in 2 stages:
1. Qualifications and request primary proposals
2. The final commercial bidding in a separate procedure Request prices for the trading floor.
The first step is to provide the following documentation:
1. Declaration of compliance with qualification requirements (seal, signature), as well as the supporting documentation specified in column (F).
2. Statement of conformity with the contract template (template contract make)
3. Consent to the processing of personal data-to be filled in and signed by all the persons whose personal data have been cited earlier in the questionnaire of the participant
4. Consent to receive the credit history of a legal entity.
5. Specification in Excel format, as well as in the proposal format with stamp and signature.
