| Требования к поставщику: | Отсрочка платежа 30 дней. Доставка до склада ЧТПЗ. Строго выдержать сроки поставки прописанные в тендере. С отгрузкой ТМЦ в обязательном порядке предоставить товарные накладные и счета фактуры (УПД) в трех экземплярах, документы качества (скан. копии перед отправкой, оригиналы вместе с продукцией). Стоимость доставки включается в цену. К участию допускаются производители, официальные представители производителей, дилеры, дистрибьюторы, с действующим сертификатом, а также аттестованные компании. |

| Требования к документации: | Наличие документации подтверждающей качество продукции. В случае поставки продукции, произведенной вне ЕАЭС, Поставщик обязан одновременно с продукцией предоставить копии ГТД на поставляемую продукцию и международной товарно-транспортной накладной (CMR). Информация в данных документах, имеющая коммерческий характер, может быть скрыта.
Не нужно предоставлять ГТД и CMR в следующих случаях, если:
1. позиции стоимостью менее 50 000 руб без НДС по одной номенклатуре в спецификации/счете.
2. позиции, которые закупаются у официального дилера/дистрибьютора/торгового дома при условии предоставления производителем/поставщиком актуального сертификата/письма подтверждающего, официальное дилерство.
При отгрузке на АО «ПНТЗ», ПАО «ЧТПЗ» для оформления пропуска предоставлять: 1. Товарные накладные, счет-фактуры, УПД в количестве 3-х экземпляров; 2. Паспорт качества, сертификат соответствия либо оф. письмо о том что документы находятся в упаковке. |
