Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:- New TMC prices in rubles per unit excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs by road to Buyer/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments

Delivery terms:Fixed prices for the specified delivery period of TMC are carried out on a monthly basis. The purchase is not a one-off.

Comments:
The selection of suppliers and the selection winners will be based on the following criteria:
- Deferred payment at least 60 cal. days from delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or an off-dealer (representative) if the manufacturer has a certificate;
- The proposed TMCs should be new;
- The quality of the TMC supplied must comply with the GOST (TU) production of the Russian Federation, which have been declared for selection;
- Fixing prices during the selection period;
- Monthly delivery of products, in batches, agreed direct contracts with the Customer/Buyer;
- Comprehensive delivery;
- No negative experience with enterprises with Ruzhimmash
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
