Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer pays for the Products supplied by the Supplier in the following order:
- 40% of the cost of the Products, including VAT, is transferred to the Supplier's current account on the basis of a prepayment invoice issued by the Supplier within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement;
- the remaining 60% within 5 (five) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods, receipt and signing of the original consignment note in the form (TORG-12) by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
The term of delivery and manufacture of the Products, 65 (sixty-five) calendar days from the date of transfer of the advance amount to the account of the Supplier. Delivery is carried out upon preliminary agreement of the date and time of delivery with the contact person of the Buyer.
