Payment terms:
The buyer makes payment by money transfer to the bank account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 60 days after delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transport costs included in cost of producs. In case of advance payment the Supplier shall provide an irrevocable credit or an irrevocable bank guarantee of AO "Uglemetbank" for an amount not less than the advance payment
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: minimum. Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and using its own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Right of ownership and risk of casual destruction for the products is transferred from the supplier to the buyer at the destination station. Mandatory requirement: quality certificates or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse shall be provided. The supplied goods must be new, not repaired. When the goods are shipped mandatory notification of the Buyer and provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 delivery notes and documents confirming the shipment of goods by the carrier, is required.
