Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer in two steps, namely:
• Payment in the amount of 50% of the value of the Goods the Buyer carries out the Supplier's account within 20 (twenty) banking days after the conclusion of the Agreement.
• The final calculation is made by the Purchaser not later than 20 (twenty) banking days after the signing of the commercial consignment note TORG-12.
