Dear partners,

Tele2 company carries out a preliminary qualification selection of companies wishing to participate in the tender for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of stationery, household goods and food products.

In order to take part in the request and in the future to receive the newsletter according to the planned tender procedure, it is necessary to fill out and attach the following documentation:
1. Application form (stamp, signature)
2. Consent to the processing of Personal data of persons specified in the Questionnaire
3. Non-disclosure agreement
4. Documents on the list.
5. Member Handbook with your contact information. Please note that in the directory you can specify the region. in which you would like to participate, as well as the Lot of purchases (Stationery, household goods or food).

This notice is for informational purposes, and is not an offer to conclude an agreement as defined in Art. 435-437 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Qualification selection is also not a competition, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFI request procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFI request procedure does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding amount of civil law obligations.
Tele2 does not bear any obligations to conclude any agreements with organizations that sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty providing a qualifying package of Tele2 documents in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing a package of documents.
