Dear partners,

Tele2 conducts preliminary qualification of companies wishing to participate in the tender for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of stationery, household goods and food products.

In order to participate in the request and receive the newsletter in the future according to the planned tender procedure, it is necessary to fill in and attach the following documentation:
1. Questionnaire (stamp, signature)
2. Consent to the processing (signature) of the personal data of the persons specified in the Application Form
3. Non-disclosure agreement (seal, signature)
4. Documents on the list.
5. Contact information. All tender documents will be sent to the provided e-mail after the tender has started.

This notice is informative in nature and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract as defined in Article 435-437 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Qualifying selection is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447—449 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFI request procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057—1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFI request procedure does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding amount of civil liability.
Tele2 has no obligation to conclude any contracts with the organizations that have sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty providing the qualifying package of Tele2 documents in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for paying any costs incurred in preparing the package of documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
