ATTENTION! The price is the most weighty, but not the only criterion for the valuation of the offer. When selecting a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/fulfillment period, warranty, price, advance security, business reputation and work experience , readiness to work under a model contract.
The commercial offer must be provided in *.pdf format by a single signed file and certified with a seal on the organization's form. The information in it should be readable.
The Business Offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/ according to schedule)
3. Warranty time/shelf life;
4. Cost with VAT per unit lot (to be listed in Russian rubles);
5. Payment terms (may apply one deferral, it is uniform for all items recommended by number of calendar days — at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with Rusagro, on the market — years;
7. Readiness to work under a model contract is yes/no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.

In case of refusal to sign Rusagro-Primorye LLC's model contract, the winner-party contract template will be used, but with adjustments by Rusagro-Primorye LLC.
