Payment terms:
Non-cash payment, mainly 100% post payment within 90 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
• By and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse in Moscow.
• The volume of each shipped batch of Products is agreed by the Parties immediately before shipment. Products according to one Specification can be selected by the Buyer in parts.
• All Products must be delivered on pallets. Containers and packaging must have a marketable appearance, ensure the safety of raw materials during loading and unloading, during transportation, as well as during long-term storage.
• The following marking must be applied to each tarn place (barrel, flask, box, box, bag): product name, article number, designation and number of the relevant quality document, country of origin, manufacturer's name, batch number, number of units in the package, gross and net weight, date of manufacture and expiration date or date of implementation. The marking must be applied in a way that ensures its safety during transportation and the entire shelf life.
