Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting a winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
