Payment terms:
Terms of payment - an obligatory 100% deferral of 60 cald days for equipment, delivery and installation: a) from the moment of execution of work during installation by the supplier’s forces b) from the moment of acceptance at the facility by the responsible "Magnet" during installation by an outside organization
Delivery terms:
Products are supplied by the Supplier, at the expense of the Buyer.
ATTENTION:
1. Consent is required to sign a standard contract form with annexes without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). The standard form is signed, even if there is a valid contract.
2. Fixing the cost for 3 (three) calendar years from the date of signing of the Specification.
Prices are fixed only in rubles, taking into account the formula: 60% / 40% (60% - import component; 40% - Russian component.
The currency part is reviewed once a quarter at the Central Bank rate (www.cbr.ru) with a deviation of more than 7% in both directions.
3. Fixing the price of 1 unit is required. equipment and confirmation of fixing prices for works when dividing volumes between participants in the procedure.
4. The delivery time of equipment to the Buyer's object from the date of placing the order (includes the purchase date of components for production, the production time and delivery of equipment to the Buyer's object) is not more than 14 calendar days.

7. Installation term no more than 5 cd according to BO, 4 cd on taxiway, not including equipment delivery day

As part of Lot No. 1 (Medium temperature slides, units), it is imperative to offer installation services for all these breakdowns in Lot No. 2 and Lot No. 3 - if there is no proposal for any type of installation, the participant is not considered in the competition.
