Payment terms:Payment of 100% (hundred) interest is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the time the Goods are entered into the Buyer's warehouse and after the Buyer receives from the Supplier the following original documents for the goods shipped:
- invoices or UPD;
- invoice on the BARG-12 form.
Delivery terms:Delivery within 30 days of signing the specification.
Shipping to the buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
In order to participate in the ETP contest, you must download the official TKP.
Offers without downloading TKP will not be considered!!!
The CP must be required to spell out contact details:
- NAME;
- phone;
- Email address;
- the cost of the goods, including delivery;
- Cost relevance for at least 1 month;
- product manufacturer (name and country);
- delivery time (since the specification was signed);
- payment terms;
- equipment/item warranty (months from the date of start/delivery).
- Specify vendor affiliation (manufacturer/trader/engineering company/official representative/dealer)

The Dealer's Certificate must be attached to KP.

Required payment terms - Payment on delivery within 30 (calendar) days.

Delivery time within 30 days from the date of the specification is indicative, with participation in the tender to indicate the actual delivery time.

There is no need to supply a trial batch.

Specific quality requirements for original factory performance, with the manufacturer's quality and origin certificates must be specified by the manufacturer at each TMC position. Manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates.

Certificate of compliance, quality passport required.

Special packing and transportation requirements - the packaging must ensure that the cargo is safe from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

The need for cargo insurance is not.

Requirements for the form of contract - according to the buyer's form. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.

Price including VAT (20%), the cost of transportation costs is set out in a separate line.

The following documents will be required as requested by the customer:
- Calculations by type of work (separate file);
- Reference list;
- Counterparty qualification documents, including booklets, presentations, key staff information, feedback, etc.
- Counterparty title documents;
- Financial Statements and Statutory Documents
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).

Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
