Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery, including 20% VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The delivery date of the goods is the date the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. In case of discrepancy with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the offer

To participate in the procurement process, it is imperative to reinforce the commercial proposal, with a signature and a seal on the organization’s letterhead.
A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Terms of payment (recommended conditions of Rusagro Group of Companies - 100% deferred payment no earlier than 45 calendar days)
6. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies - years, in the market - years
7. Product shelf life guarantees
8. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no (a standard contract is attached to the tender documentation)

Proposals declared in this procedure, without a quotation supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
