Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment in fact. The price of the goods is charged per unit of production taking into account delivery, including VAT.
Payment is made by the buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The delivery date of the goods is the date of signing the consignment note in the buyer's warehouse.

Work on the model contract and specifications-conclusion of the contract and specification on the form provided by LLC "Tambov bacon" (see Attachment).
