Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment after the fact. Product price is set per unit, including delivery, including VAT.
Payment of the goods is carried out by the Purchaser within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note to the Buyer's warehouse.
