Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment upon the fact. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the comments

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. In case of refusal to sign the standard contract of Rusagro-Primorye LLC, the template of the contract of the winning counterparty will be used, BUT with adjustments by Rusagro-Primorye LLC.
