When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment upon the fact. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the comments

Reinforcement of the KP and the LIST OF DOCUMENTS is MANDATORY!

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract, willingness to work in electronic document management.

The commercial offer must be signed and stamped! A form to fill out of your choice. The use of your company's form is not prohibited by the terms of the tender!
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. The cost with VAT per unit of the lot (must be specified in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (deferred payment for at least 45 (forty-five) days from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with Rusagro Group, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes/no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.

1. Reference list, in case of lack of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (the template is attached to the auction).

4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract WITHOUT making changes:
In case of refusal to sign the standard contract of Rusagro-Primorye LLC, the template of the contract of the winning counterparty will be used, BUT with adjustments by Rusagro-Primorye LLC.
It is also necessary to fill out a consent to the processing of personal data (attached to the auction).
In the absence of a complete set of documents, your application will not be considered.
