Payment terms:
The price of the item is billed per unit of production, including shipping VAT. Payment of goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing the invoice by the parties at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
By force, funds at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery time is not more than 14 days from the date of signing the Agreement. In case the delivery time is different, please specify the correct time in the KP. Providing a sample from participants of the trade procedure upon request of the organizer of the trade procedure.

Comments: The Contractor is obliged to confirm the Commercial Offer on the letterhead of the organization, with the signature and seal (In the absence of a relevant ETS document, the offer will not be reviewed)
The KP should also specify the following:
- Delivery time (in calendar days according to schedule);
- Warranty period;
- Cost with VAT per unit lot, RUB;
- Payment terms (payment of goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of goods);
- Experience with Rusagro Group, on the market, years;
- Readiness of work under the standard contract and specification of contract conclusion and specification according to the form provided by "Tambov bacon" LLC (see attachment);
- the status of the supplier. - manufacturer or official distributor, the existence of a license and a licensed warehouse;
- Fill in and attach to ETP files with visa and seal of Appendix №2, №3.
It is necessary to attach the constituent documents (certified INN, OGRN, Charter, EGRUL (not more than 1 month ago), financial and tax statements for the last 2 calendar year, order on appointment of the head), certificates of quality for products, specification (composition of goods).
Proposals made in this procedure will not be considered without the attached BUSINESS OFFER file to the Lots corresponding to the results of the trading procedure.
