Payment terms:
The price of the goods is set per unit of product, including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods shall be the date the parties sign the invoice at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
By force, at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery time is not more than 14 days from the date of signing the contract. If the delivery time is different, please indicate the correct date in the CP. Providing a sample from the participants of the trading procedure at the request of the organizer of the trade procedure.

In KP, you must also specify the following:

- Willingness to work on a standard contract and specifications, the conclusion of the contract and specifications in the form provided by LLC "Tambov bacon" (see attachment);
- supplier status. - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
- Fill in and attach to the ETP files with the visa and seal of Appendix № 2, № 3.
The commercial proposal must attach constituent documents (certified by the TIN, OGRN, Charter, Incorporation (not more than 1 month old), financial and tax reporting for the last 2 calendar years, the order of appointment of the head), quality certificates for products, specifications (composition of goods) .
Proposals submitted in this procedure, without an attached file of a COMMERCIAL OFFER to the Lots, corresponding to the results of the trading procedure, will not be considered.
