Auto-extension

Comments: As part of its application, Participant must submit the signed contract in the Customer's version (with annexes), documents confirming the Member's authority to supply the proposed products (dealer, representative certificates, manufacturer's warranty letters, etc.) The offer must be made according to the attached procurement documentation (see attached files). An application without confirmation of the price offer by these documents is not allowed for review.
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The participant's offer must really be at least 60 days.
Within 20 days (but no earlier than 10 days) after the signing of the protocol, the Organizer enters into a contract with the winning counterparty of the procedure. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer shall send notifications to the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
