Payment terms:
The Buyer shall made payment by means of transferring of monetary funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% payment within 60 days after the products have been received to the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation expenses shall be included in the price of the Products. The Suppliers providing 100% extension of payment term by 60 days after the products have been delivered to the Buyer's warehouse will be preferred. In case of advance payment the Supplier shall provide an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount that shall not be less than a prepayment amount, such bank guarantee shall be issued by a TOP 50 largest Russian bank or an international bank ranked not lower than BB+/Baa 2.
Delivery terms:
Dealership documentation shall be presented along with the products. Delivery term: Q2 2016. The supplier shall deliver the goods to the destination at his expense and using his own resources. Manufacturer’s quality certificates or any other documents confirming the quality shall be provided when the products are delivered to the warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not reconditioned. When dispatching, the Buyer shall be notified thereon and the copies of the following documents shall be provided: invoice, TORG-12 form and documents confirming the shipment of the goods via the Transportation Company.

Comments: 1. Indispensable condition of participation in a request for proposals and entering into a supply agreement is the status of manufacturer or dealer with the manufacturer. Confirmation of the status of supplier is needed right after the termination of the request procedure, and the corresponding documents shall be provided in electronic form. The provided offer shall be valid during 3 months. Commercial offer shall be attached. Please, note that this request procedure is not a notification on tender (public tender) or public offer, and it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer and it reserves his right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the qualification procedure in any time without bearing any responsibilities towards the Bidders.
For contractors who have previously registered in the System but who have not obtained a digital signature and have not paid their membership in the System, there is an option that the Organizer of the request for quotations submits their proposals on their behalf. To do this, three documents are required: - offer (commercial offer) with the signature of the authorized person and bearing the company seal; - the document of authorization to act on behalf of the contractor (for example, the power of attorney); - a waiver of further claims that may arise due to the fact that the bid is submitted not by the Bidder himself (in no particular form, on the company’s blank form, with the signature of the authorized person).
