Payment terms:
, the buyer shall pay the supplier delivered Products in the following order:
- 30% of the production value, including VAT, are credited to the account of the Supplier on the basis of invoices for prepayment, exhibited by the provider within 5 (five) banking days from the moment of signing the contract;
- the remaining 70% within 5 (five) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods and the signing of the original merchandise invoice form (Torg-12) by the buyer.
The product price includes all taxes, fees, other compulsory payments, cost of packaging (packaging), as well as all the discounts, transportation and other expenses associated with the implementation of the provider's terms and conditions of this agreement.
