Payment terms:not less than 45 calendar days after acceptance of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery is carried out only if there is an act of positive testing of the film at LLC "Aquanika". If the winner is an organization that does not have a Positive Testing Act, deliveries are made from the supplier who has taken the next place before the testing procedure and approval of the recognized winner as the supplier of the company.
Delivery terms:Supply of the required quantity by motor transport at the request of the Buyer in accordance with the quality and price annexes to the Agreement.
