1. The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal AND signature of the head. The Commercial Proposal is valid for at least 30 calendar days.
2. Consideration of alternative proposals for the supply of non-original spare parts (OEM) is allowed
In case you offer OEM, it is necessary in the Commercial Proposal and in the form of submitting an offer to b2b not only to indicate that an EQUIVALENT is offered, but also to indicate the manufacturer, catalog number.
3. The price should include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
4. Transportation costs can be indicated in a separate line or included in the cost of products for each ITEM (with mandatory indication of this).
5. This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
7. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
