Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется автомобильным транспортом Поставщика. Расходы по доставке включены в стоимость партии продукции. Срок поставки ноябрь-декабрь 2012г.

Comments:
Поставка осуществляется только на условиях договора в редакции Покупателя. Необходимо прикрепить к предложению пакет уставных документов согласно прилагаемого списка, а также копии документов подтверждающих качество продукции. Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
