Обоснование: 1) Предложение компании ООО «КАСИДА-ХХ» г. Москва (ИНН 7706208363) отклонить на основании пп.1 п.282 ст.51 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ и услуг для нужд АО «Волга», т.к. срок поставки не соответствует требованию указанному в запросе цен.
2) Признать торговую процедуру «Запрос цен» №1094534 через ЭТП «b2b» несостоявшейся ввиду того, что не было предоставлено ни одного предложения на основании пп.1 п.288 ст.53 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд АО «Волга».
