Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble. Preferred Payment Terms: The buyer shall make payments for the product (batch) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery based on the receipt results, Provided that the Supplier provides original quality documents (consignments), invoices and invoices corresponding to the receipt results issued in as required by law. The price should include shipping charges.

Please note that your offer (offer) must contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation
• Quantity of products offered for delivery in the relevant units of measure;
• product price per unit of measure; basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, details of costs included in the price of goods, moment of ownership transition);
• delivery period and delivery time
• payment terms and conditions

In the event that a different order of delivery is expected, the offer (offer) must necessarily include a comment.

The offer (offer) must expire at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

A technical description is required at the same time as submitting a proposal.
The products delivered must be free from the rights and claims of third parties, whether manufactured in-house or by dealer, as well as related third party contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading the price proposal signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must enter into a supply contract with UMPSH LLC.

Please note that this request does not constitute a notice of competition or a public offer and is not governed by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
