The winner is determined taking into account the proposed payment terms. It is possible to conduct an additional stage by the decision of the organizer of the procedure.
To participate in the procedure, it is mandatory for the Bidder to meet the qualification requirements :
1.Supplier status - Manufacturer/official representative of the manufacturer
2. Experience in supplying Cranes to the market for at least 3 years
3. Availability of a design department
4. Readiness for technical audit before contracting
5.The total number of personnel is more than 20 people
6. The total number of production workers (for manufacturers) is more than 15 people.
7. The total number of machine tools (for manufacturers) is more than 15 units.
8. Availability of a technical control service for manufactured/sold products
9. Specify the Proportion of substandard MTR (of the total number for the reporting period) identified at the stage of input control (recognized by the supplier)
10. Specify the Proportion of substandard goods (of the total number for the reporting period) that failed during the warranty period (recognized by the supplier)
11.Availability of Rostechnadzor license
12. Indicate revenue for the last calendar year

Please note that Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements will be suspended from further participation in subsequent stages.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude the Bidder at any time before the contract in cases of providing false information, as well as to request documents confirming the information indicated on the site.
1) The validity period of the offer is not less than 45 k.d
. 2) Warranty obligation is not less than 24 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment, but not more than 36 months from the date of delivery;
3) Specify the price for 1 piece for each item without VAT ;
4) To provide delivery and packaging of MTR at the expense of the supplier / to include in the cost of MTR (to the enterprise of METALLOINVEST Group);
5) Guarantee placement in production on the basis of a letter of guarantee;
6) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of placement in production;
7) Required payment terms - 100% payment upon delivery within 60 days from the date of delivery;
8) Special requirements for the quality of the goods - the equipment must be new, not restored;
9) Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required;
10) Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer (attached to the procedure);
11) The supplier's consent to work on EDI.

The purpose of the competition is to receive final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
