Payment terms:Payment of products is carried out in non-cash basis by transferring money into the bank account of the Supplier. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment: the buyer makes payments to cover the product (batch production) no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery on the basis of product acceptance of the results, provided that the supplier of the original documents confirming the quality of the product (production lot), consignment notes and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price shall include the cost of delivery.

Separately, pay attention that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential terms:
• name of the product, with reference to the normative and technical documentation
• the number of offers for the supply of products in the relevant subject of purchase units;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, details of the costs included in the price of goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and the delivery period
• terms and conditions of payment for the product

If a supposed order of delivery quotation (offer) on a mandatory basis should include the appropriate comment.

Validity of the offer (offer) must be not less than 30 calendar days from the date it is granted.

Simultaneously with the submission of proposals is required to datasheet application.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY - uploading a quotation signed by an authorized person and stamped.

Organization recognized by the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply contract with OOO "RMS" in the customer's edition (Appendix №1)

Please note that this request is not a notice of holding a tender or a public offer and is not regulated st.447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, st.1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
