Payment terms:
The buyer makes payment by money transfer to the bank account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. In the case of advance payment the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the advance payment, issued by the Bank included in the top fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2;
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: Q 3-4. Supplier delivers goods at its own expense and using its own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Mandatory requirement: the quality certificate or other document certifying the quality of goods when entering the warehouse shall be provided. The supplied goods must be new, not remanufactured. When the goods are shipped mandatory notification of the Buyer and provision of copies of: commercial invoices, TORG-12 delivery notes and documents confirming the shipment of goods by the carrier, is required. Comments: Mandatory condition for participation in the RFP and conclusion of supply contract is being the manufacturer or official dealer of the manufacturer, the status of the supplier shall be confirmed immediately after the end of the RFP, providing of the relevant electronic documents.
