Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment in the amount of 100% (one hundred) percent is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Goods arrive at the Buyer's warehouse and after the Buyer receives it from the Supplier the following original documents for the shipped Goods:
- invoices or FDD;
- consignment note in the form TORG-12.

It is mandatory to attach a dealer certificate to the KP.

- Reference list;
- Counterparty qualification documents, including brochures, presentations, information about key employees, feedback, etc.
