Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% (one hundred) percent is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Goods arrive at the Buyer's warehouse and after the Buyer receives it from the Supplier the following original documents for the shipped Goods:
- invoices or FDD;
- consignment note in the form TORG-12.

The shipping cost is included in the product price.

Comments:
To participate in the competition on the ETP, it is necessary to download the official TKP.
Offers from suppliers who have not downloaded the TKP will not be considered!!!
It is necessary to register contact details in the KP:
- Manager's full name;
- phone;
- email address;
- the cost of the goods taking into account delivery;
- cost relevance for at least 1 month;
- product manufacturer (name and country);
- delivery dates (from the date of signing the specification);
- payment terms;
- warranty for equipment/goods (months from the date of start/delivery).
- Specify Supplier Affiliation (manufacturer/trader/engineering company/official representation/dealer)

It is mandatory to attach a dealer certificate to the KP.

Payment terms required - payment upon delivery within 30 (calendar) days.

Delivery time up to 10.01.2022. The delivery time is approximate, when submitting the KP, specify the real terms.

There is no need to supply a trial batch.

Special requirements for the quality of the goods of the original factory version, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of the inventory. Affiliation to the manufacturer must be confirmed by dealer certificates.

A certificate of conformity, a quality passport is required.

Special requirements for packaging and transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

Cargo insurance is not necessary.

Requirements for the form of the contract are according to the buyer's form Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.

The price includes VAT (20%),

At the request of the customer, the following documents will be additionally required:
- Calculations by type of work (in a separate file);
- Reference list;
- Counterparty qualification documents, including brochures, presentations, information about key employees, feedback, etc.
- Counterparty's title documents;
- Financial statements and statutory documents
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).

Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
