1. This competitive procedure for selection of suppliers is directed in accordance with the Tender Rules Organizer of the tender as part of the commercial request for proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not governed by Article. 447-449 hours. 1 and 1057-1061 hours. 2 CC RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer of the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to refuse them all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
