Comments: Participation in this procedure for collecting proposals is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until June 13, 2023, 12-00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension regulations (see paragraph 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in currency bidding without VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B ETP:
• Appendix No. 1 – KP form in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – KA card in electronic Excel format

• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the procedure for collecting proposals reserve the right to conduct a rebidding.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
