Comments: Rusagro Group of Companies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Tender Organizer) invites you to participate in the qualification selection of Vehicle Suppliers for the Rusagro Group of Companies (several legal entities) – hereinafter referred to as the Group of Companies.
This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Supplier Requirements
To participate in the tender, a potential Supplier must provide:
1. Brief information about the company (full name, date of foundation, main activities, list of completed projects);
2. a list of large clients, preferably with a developed branch structure (indicating regions); the applicant's work experience in similar projects;
3. a copy of the company's articles of association;
4. copies of certified financial statements for the last two reporting periods (years) and certified tax returns (for income tax (USN) and VAT) for the last two tax periods at the time of reporting;
5. a copy of the Certificate of state registration;
6. a copy of the Tax registration Certificate;
7. a copy of licenses and certificates confirming that the company is an official dealer of the purchased brands;
8. a copy of orders (powers of attorney) for persons authorized to sign contracts;
9. a certificate of the absence of arrears in taxes and fees from the IFNS.
10. an official letter from the Applicant confirming that there are no obstacles (financial, legal, organizational, etc.) preventing your participation in the tender in the form of Appendix 3.)
11. the standard form of the car purchase and sale agreement. The conclusion of the contract is possible according to the Supplier's form, but at the same time, appendices No. 5, 6, 7 specified in this request must be drawn up and signed to it.

Without providing all of the above documents (or if they are not accepted), the organization is not allowed to tender.
The Supplier is obliged to treat the data transmitted as part of this request as confidential information. The Supplier is bound by the condition of confidentiality with respect to all data and facts disclosed to him in connection with this request procedure, and may disclose these data and facts to third parties only with the written consent of the Tender Organizer.
The commercial offer received from the Supplier has the legal status of an offer and will be considered by the Tender Organizer in accordance with this.
The contract will be concluded with the winner, i.e. the person whose offer (offer) will be recognized as subject to acceptance. The subject of the request for commercial proposals is the right to make an offer, but not the right to conclude a contract.
Requirements for the Offer:
1. The Commercial Offer must fully comply with the Terms of Reference.
2. The validity period of the Commercial Offer is at least 90 days from the date of submission;
3. Prices should be indicated without VAT*, include the cost of services and registration of documentation provided for by law.
*- If the company operates under a simplified taxation system, please let us know.
4. The Supplier must follow the required Offer form and comply with the deadlines for submitting documents.
