Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the date of bilateral signing of the Contract/Specification.

Comments:
- The procedure of request for proposals is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without carrying any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of declared products with similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered products.
- The proposed products must be new, certified and supplied with all necessary documentation. Sheet products must be standard cutting, unless otherwise specified in the application. The rolled products must be of standard length.
- Base of delivery - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transportation costs are shown separately for the entire volume of the products offered and are not included in the price of the product.
- bidders who did not attach to the documents Commercial offer on the letterhead of the enterprise, for consideration are not accepted
- Products according to specification are not accepted for consideration
- Acceptance of products at the Buyer's warehouse is carried out on the actual weight by weighing. In case of discrepancy with the weight specified by the Supplier in the shipping documents, the Buyer has the right to demand from the Supplier to change the weight in the shipping documents according to the results of the Weighing at the Buyer's warehouse. Participation in the tender is a confirmation of the Supplier's agreement with the above terms of acceptance at the Buyer's warehouse.
