Payment terms:Payment for the goods under this Agreement is made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Supplier and the Buyer of the relevant documents confirming the fact of delivery of the goods under this Agreement (TORG-12 consignment note, invoice and/or other unified transfer documents) without comments, on the basis of the invoice. The cost of the paid goods is set out in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement
