Comments:
All products must be delivered with a quality certificate attached. Supply contract is made in the version suggested by the customer, no protocols of disagreements are accetable. Participating companies that did not have contractual relationship with Chelyabinsk branch of PAO "Uralkuz" should upload the documents in a strict accordance with the list (attached). Specification or commercial offer are to be uploaded. All RFP participants are required to upload a commercial offer, copies of incorporation and registration documents at once.
