Ranking of bids

This selection is not an auction (auctions) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code (the Civil Code), and does not impose on LLC "VKM-Stal 'obligations under the above articles of the Civil Code
Competitive selection can be canceled at any time prior to summing up the results.
If you change the competitive selection conditions or cancel the expenses incurred by any person in connection with the selection will not be reimbursed.
