Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Comments:
The application of a scanned copy of the Commercial Offer on the Vendor's signatory form is required.
Acceptance of the WCM-STEEL Model Agreement, the Scrap Metal Acceptance Regulations and additional penalties for the supply of scrap with a high percentage of cloggy is mandatory. The power of attorney for the forwarding driver when delivering scrap metal to VKM-STAL LLC must be issued according to the attached model.
The delivery of scrap metal (consignments) to VKM-STAL LLC, if you choose your company as a supplier, is only provided the following package of documents according to GOST2787 - 75/2787-2019:
1) Quality Document (Certificate)
2) Radiation Safety, Explosion Safety and Chemical Safety Document (Certificate);
3) Decontamination document (certificate) (consignments of scrap and waste from plants using radioactive substances in the production process).
Please note that the Offer is irrevocable in accordance with Art. 435 and Article 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation TMC deliveries. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms specified in this offer if acceptance for all or part of the range is received by one of the persons to whom the this offer, for the duration of this offer.
