Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The application of a scanned copy of the Commercial Offer on the Supplier's letterhead with a certifying signature is mandatory.
Agreement with the standard Contract of LLC "VKM-STEEL", the Regulations for the acceptance of scrap metal and additional penalties for the supply of scrap with a high percentage of blockage is mandatory. The power of attorney for the forwarding driver when delivering scrap metal to the address of LLC "VKM-STEEL" must be issued according to the attached sample.
Delivery of scrap metal (lots) to the address of LLC "VKM-STEEL", if your company is chosen as a supplier, is carried out ONLY if the following set of documents is available in accordance with GOST2787-75/2787-2019:
1) Quality document (certificate);
2) A document (certificate) on radiation safety, explosion safety and chemical safety;
3) A document (certificate) on decontamination (lots of scrap and waste coming from enterprises using radioactive substances in the production process).
I draw your attention that the Commercial offer is, in accordance with Articles 435 and 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer irrevocable during the entire above-mentioned period of delivery of goods and materials. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms specified in this offer, in case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom this offer is addressed, during the entire period of validity of this offer.

Competitive selection can be canceled at any time before summing up its results.
