Email address for sending documents - tender_mm@mechel.ru. Acceptance of proposals to the email address ends 4 hours before the end of the procedure.

Mandatory requirement: attaching the offer and documentation to the auction in accordance with the attached procurement documentation.

The offered products and the list of services must comply with the attached terms of reference.
